"First room was old and ran down. Wet floors, shortage of plugs, and was near missing walls and trash on the floor in the hallway. We were moved to a renovated room the next day that didn’t have AC. Our room was 80degrees the entire stay."

"Breakfast was great, parking was easy and accessible, and the overall condition of the room was good. There was a bug on the bed, but it’s possible that I brought that in with me on my clothes and I didn’t see any others so I didn’t complain. The main issue is that the toilet kept running, and while I did ask the staff to take care of it, nothing was ultimately fixed. As a result it kept running every night throughout my stay. I also asked for an extra day to add on to my stay, which was great that they could provide that and price match the rate I found online. However, since they couldn’t fix the toilet issue it would’ve been nice if they could’ve offered a discount or a better room. "

"I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking."
