"Close to metro station, shops nearby, access to gym however only 1 pass, beach within walking distance. Clean bedding. Plenty of sockets. Ample kitchen utensils. Lockers available for luggage storage. Brochures with places to visit. Small apartment,maximym 3. Only 1 mirror in bathroom which was too high. Prefer oven instead of dishwasher. Issue with access to Netflix. View outside of old building. 4th floor. "

"The staff was great and the breakfast truly awesome. Only complaint was that the room didn’t have enough coffee, just 2 packets of instant coffee for 2 people. The room is not cleaned unless requested the night before, so there was no way to replenish the coffee…. Location is terrific, close to Nyhavn."

"I probably should not give a review, because the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time. Very noisy. Noise began at about 7 AM. The staff gave me two free beers, free coffee and a set of earplugs. Thanks, but I'd rather pay less for the room. Still. I'd return. Great location and once the renovations are done it will be even nicer. I imagine they'll raise the price even more though."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable with good quality bedding and bathroom fixtures. We were given a room on the main floor overlooking the roadway and cafe below. Told that noise levels would not affect us after 11:00 pm. Which was fine. However the garbage man comes every morning at 4:00 am and makes a considerable amount of noise moving bins in and out of the storage doors below our window. Informed the front desk about this and they apologized and compensated with a free bike rental. Consider the courtyard rooms if you’re not an early riser or can’t sleep with earplugs. Booking directly with hotel gives you perks that you don’t receive if you book through Expedia or other booking platforms. Other than noise, the location is excellent with access to the waterfront, restaurants and cafes/ Bars right around the corner. Would stay here again."

"The hotel will send you an email telling you to do an online check in. Don't do it! At the end of the check in process, they ask for payment. I assumed it was for the mentioned fees/taxes. They charged me for the room again! When we got to the property, we were told this happens all of the time for reservations already paid through booking site. I will say they were extremely responsive. We had our refund in the bank in less than 24 hours. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and well appointed. It is Copenhagen prices, but when in Rome..."
