An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us. "

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Bymose Hegn. The people and service was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do!
