"The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The garage was on site, easy to access and felt very secure. We liked that the social spaces and that different card and board games were available. There were also seating areas on each floor, even a small balcony we could access from the corridor. The only thing missing were USB portals in the rooms but we had our own plug in chargers so it didn't really affect us. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options, including for vegetarian and vegans. Loved the central location. Our room was quiet at night despite facing the street infront of it. No aircon but fans were provided. Excellent value for money!"

"The room was very clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent—it's close to the train station, and many of the main sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

Very pleasant breakfast room with an outstanding choice of buffet; great area to work in the lobby with free coffee and teas; extremely kind and helpful staff, great location steps away from the central station & food store & walking shopping street & canal. Room I chose was small yet exactly as described and good value for money. Ironing room with steamer. Luggage storing facility. Bright and tasteful. Very very satisfied, Thank you!!"
