"The property is old and rundown, giving a dirty impression. The beds are uncomfortable, and the bathroom is small and covered in mold. The food and drinks are of poor quality. The only redeeming quality is the staff."

"The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates . The other guests are very friendly and we would recommend this for families with kids or couples ."

"The staff were all very nice and welcoming and helpful. As for the room it looked like it had seen better days. The bathroom had cracked tiles and there was zero water pressure in the shower and at one point the water turned off all together. There was one single desk chair in the room and we had to bring in the balcony chairs inside just to have somewhere to sit down. I’m sure this room used to be nice when the hotel was first build but it looks like they haven’t done any refreshing or updating of the rooms since. Also we were kind of surprised at the lack of amenities. There was no pool. The gym was unavailable and there really just wasn’t anything on property other than the spa which we didn’t visit. A lot of money for a run down hotel. "

"We had the Best room !! Facing the ocean and right over teh beach area. ALL areas of teh resort were very well maintained and cared for. Staff was Very friendly and super nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway !! We Loved it so much that we've already booked again for next year !!"
