"If you check the 5 star reviews here some have unrelated pictures or are made by people who only give 5 star reviews. These are made by paid review farms to artificially boost the star rating. Sadly, I was duped and booked this place for my family through Expedia for a non-refundable rate. Firstly, it's not located where Google maps has it. It's located behind the Fiorista Adda (towards the lake). The receptionist was nice enough to contact us on Whatsapp and stay in touch with us until we...

"This property is in a very good location but is very outdated. The furniture in the room was super old. There was no heating so we were pretty cold at night. Our bathroom was extremely small, basically taking a shower while sitting on the toilet. Stuff though was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but very nice. This place is within walking distance from everywhere !!! I might stay there again but definitely would take my own towels, blanket, pillow and warm pajamas. "

"Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet."
