"I couldn’t falter my stay at Terra Rossa. A small residence set among beautiful gardens with great views. We had a studio overlooking the Isola Bella Island. The patio is perfect sized for an evening unwind. The studio provides everything you need and is cool. The pool area is never too busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely location to get the train to and from. Walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful. You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! "We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. When brought to management’s attention, we received no apology or explanation, only a denial and refusal to issue any refund for the downgrade or the incident. Avoid if you value cleanliness and...

"The bedside lamp was not working. There are no restaurants in the approximately and they only serve paninis. It has a beautiful view but it is quite the drive to get up there. The credit machine was not working so we had to pay cash. "

"Hotel was stunning and well located about 5 minute walk from the main strip. under 10 minute walk to the cable cars to go down to beaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a 25 euros per night (closes at 8pm) but very convenient. They bring your car back and forth for you as needed right to the front door. Breakfast was delicious with spectacular views. Highly Recommend! "

"This was the one of the best hotel stay’s that I have ever had. The concierge and front desk personnel were extremely kind and helpful. Also the location of the hotel was amazing, we were a 3 min walk from the cable car that goes into the city center. The hotel is right on the beach which is so convenient. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was!! "

"UNACapotaormina was an absolute dream. The staff was so friendly, ready to help and accommodate you at any moment. My husband and I went there to get married and the beauty salon offered me a free 25 minute massage prior to doing my hair which was incredible. Their hair stylist Flora from Gardini Naxos gave me my dream hair style. Overall, service and friendliness would make it so that id return again. "
