"I was charged for a room I booked but I didn't get it the room was dirty had to buy a 50 $ deposit 79 for the wrong dirty smelly room. Then when I turned the air on it started making laid noise went n asked why my room is wrong n they didn't answer me but I tried to get a different room was told that they just rented the last two but yet there expida still had the same number of rooms n I walked around n counted over 20 empty rooms so I went n spent over 20 bucks on cleaning supplies n cleaned it I asked what time does the hot tube n pool close told 11 so I get my wife an tell her we still have 2 hours n 30 minutes n I asked not 10 minutes before n go to the pool area n it's locked up for maintenance the room I reserved had a big Jacuzzi tub in bathroom that n the hot tub is the only reasons I chose that motel. Here is the kicker when I checked in they was a guy that was upset about not getting his deposit back I didn't pay much attention but no the room inside door there's price list 1 person 2- 4 $129 is for tow well 79 I was charged for the worst experience I've had in years plus 50 deposit I didn't get back bc they said I smoked in the room and this was a straight out lie we don't smoke at all so no deposit returned. Just like the other guy but it's 129 like the door said. This was our 10th anniversary I was just trying to do something nice for my wife and they tuned it in to a nite we. Just want to forget they stole my 50 dollars no if ands or buts I would like it back"

"I arrived on a Friday evening and the front desk man was very nice. He had a hard time with some of the computer systems and there was a line waiting to check in. Once he got my key, it was a smooth check-in process. Once in the room, the configuration was a little weird with a long, dark hallway before entering the actual room. I glanced down at the bed and saw a black hair. Then, went into the bathroom and saw another one on the toilet seat. There was some unidentified goop by the sink in the bathroom. Not very clean overall. I slept with my own towel across the pillows because I didn't feel clean sleeping with my face right next to whatever germ lay below. I was going to shower when I got to the hotel, but instead waited for morning so I didn't get clean and then immediately dirty again in the bed. Just not a very good overall feeling. Didn't need the TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, or microwave so I can't comment on those amenities. Check out in the morning weny smoothly. The woman was very pleasant and there were some simple, individually-wrapped breakfast items I could take for the road. Basic coffee and bagels; nothing spectacular. Overall, not the worst place I've stayed but also not worth almost $100 a night for the experience."
