"I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all the communication to me to SUPERB 1BR WITH BALCONY IN LUXURIOUS BUILDING it was a great upgrade "

"Staying at Casa Falleri is spending the night in a museum! The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself is eclectic and beautiful, the bed was comfy, the made to order breakfast was simple and delicious, and the location cpuld not have been better. A quick walk to the main square and ocean views, i would absolutely recommend this hotel and would book again if i were to return to Barranco."
