"Room was nice, The bed was comfortable, It was a little loud but that was not the hotels fault as we were close to a busy street. Walking distance to the wharf and close to the cable cars so easy to get around. Staff charged up my car while it was in the garage at no additional cost. "

"The staff were awesome very attentive. Clean & nice view. Only negative was slowness at restaurant. Food yummy but delay in taking order getting drinks refills but staff still friendly. I think just need to be more attentive. I would totally stay there again."

"Very cute property. All staff interaction was pleasant. Hotel and hotel room were clean. Pretty basic but that's what I paid for and was expecting. Rooms do not have AC which, I understand but it could be useful at times. Cafes/restaurants nearby. Bus stops nearby. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd stay here again. "
