"The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate and the room are actually very nice for the price point. And the bathroom is beautiful. Thevery layout in the bathroom is very unique. Usually they have the long sinks on the right and a tub and shower on the left. This one had a sink in a corner and beautiful clear glass shower.The bedding is wonderful. I loved the king bed and the pillows were perfect. I didn’t use the TV at all because I had my iPad so I don’t know there but everything was super easy from check in to check out and I really appreciate all the hard work the staff puts in to make it that way."

"The service at LoLo Hot Springs was very good. The staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The spa pools are wonderful and the all day access was greatly appreciated. The rustic setting of the hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. It was so nice to step outside each morning and breathe the incredible fresh air! We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciate the welcoming and friendly vibe at LoLo."

"The room was as expected as motel 6 is now looking. Soap was the only amenities and no hair dryer. The dog area was non existent but they allow dogs, so appreciate that. Very, very busy travel plaza, no real near food."
