"Clean room and pretty comfortable. Only a few complaints: 1) It was clear that the door to the room was previously tampered with (looked like someone tried to break through it) and it didn’t close easily. As a woman traveling alone, it didn’t instill much confidence in my safety in the room. 2) The TV had basic cable but no smart TV option to sync with Netflix or other streaming services, so very limited viewing was available. I would almost prefer no TV compared to that. "

"The front desk staff were sweet and helpful. The room was great. My life is forever changed by the heated toilet seat. View is incredible. Location is awesome- on the water, quick walk downtown or to fisherman’s warf. I hope to be back again!"

"This hotel is in an excellent location right on the harbor in Victoria. It is a beautiful property near many dining options. We enjoyed walking around the property and the areas nearby on the harbor. The kids really enjoyed the pool at this hotel, and the Aura restaurant onsite is very nice as well."
