"Charming old hotel with modern amenities. We were upgraded to the Victorian Suite which was a large room with vanity area and sitting area. The front desk was very accommodating and they answered all my texts prior to arrival. "

"Michael and Joyce could not have been more accommodating! As soon as we arrived Joyce made us a cup of tea and made us feel like family in the first 5 minutes. The bedroom was extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to make tea and coffee in the room and enjoy it with the tasty Walker shortbread cookies that were supplied as well. "Amazing place. Room was comfortable and had everything that was needed. Breakfast was excellent. Jackie was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Billy was friendly to. I would definitely stay again if up in Ayr."
