"One of the doors wasn't working but property staff is working on repairs. some rooms now have nice vinyl floors that look nice and is an improvement over the carpet from previous years. Staff was polite and friendly especially Cavin who checked us in quickly and efficiently."

"Me and my niece stayed here for a weekend. The first rooom they gave us had no heat! So we had to sit around for over 30 minutes waiting for another room to become avaliable. Then when we got to the second room the hot water was janky, had to leave the water running for a while to get it hot. "

"We were told we have housekeeping every other day with fresh towels and sheets. When they came, they left towels but did not make beds or do anything in the room itself Walls are so thin, we heard neighbors alarms all three mornings (both guests let their alarms go off for over an hour!). We could hear full conversations neighbors were having. Bed was comfortable and room clean."
