"The property wasn’t the problem. I advise against allowing extended stays to be booked through your platform. If someone decides day of to extend their stay they just cancel reservations. So I got to the hotel at 11pm after my flight only to have to find a new hotel."

"The staff was amazing. I lost my passport and I called the front manager Ray and he took his time to go out and look for it in the parking lot and he found it! I was so grateful he was very nice and we would stay there again. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and hospitable."
