"What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! "Me and my wife had a fantastic stay in Santorini palace, I booked a Superior room with sea view I was given Room 409 with a very spacious balcony with amazing view of sunrise. The hotel and our room is very clean like really spotless. The breakfast was also great with wide variety of selections. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful especially Gianni in the restaurant. The room cleaner I don’t know who but one time I forgot to locked the safe with our passport and my wallet in it. I only realised that I left it unlocked after we got in from a day out. When I checked it everything is intact including some of our cash / pocket money. We are really pleased with the honesty of the person who cleaned our room. The bell boy was also very helpful in carrying our luggage’s. The only negative I can say was the taxi that I booked from the hotel did not turn up, I ended getting an airport taxi which cost a bit more. But other than that our stay was fantastic!"
