"We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we had all the information we needed. What really stood out was how attentive they were to any issues we raised — they made sure everything was addressed and resolved promptly. Their hospitality and willingness to help made our experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Truly appreciate the excellent service and warm welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Very pleased with this property. Easy walking distance to local bus station, open air market, and the shop-lined pathways following the caldera. I was treated to a warm welcome with complimentary bag storage and coffee/tea upon arrival and departure. Room was recently renovated with specular results. Very nice interior finishes with a spacious bathroom. The superior room also included a generously sized glass-enclosed deck with partial ocean view. It was amazingly quiet given its central location. Highly recommended for travelers seeking an exceptional value in Santorini."

"Amazing property with fantastic views of the caldera and Barolo restaurant below. We stayed in the Norma Suite which has views of the caldera and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would want to stay here again next time we visit Thera."

"The location is outstanding…a few blocks from the stunning views of the Caldera, a few blocks to the $2 dollar public buses to the airport and Oia, and a stone’s throw from markets/pharmacies/laundry. The best bargain on the Island. The rooms are as advertised - modern/clean - and while it’s clearly aimed at the budget traveller, it gets 5 stars from me for hitting it out of the park on value! Also, lovely staff and great black out curtains for those arriving on overnight flights"
