"The hotel is located in a beautiful location on the Caldera and you can enjoy amazing sunsets. It is conveniently located very close to shopping and restaurants. You cannot drive up to the hotel, so they do provide a bellboy to help you with your luggage. The property is clean and reasonably well maintained. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The staff are not very helpful. We booked a triple room for 3 people, but there was just 2 of everything provided. We asked for a third chair for the balcony twice, but never received one. Drinking water is not provided, you have to buy it."
