"Nice, spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed/linens. Under renovation. Limited staff - at 1:30 pm Friday was asked to return at 3 pm. Returned after 3. Ended up then waiting for room to be cleaned. Front desk doing best they could. Breakfast simple/solid. Overall good stay."

"If you need a place while en route to somewhere else, this works. The property is tired and in need of a deep clean and overhaul. The caulk needed replaced in the shower, same with floor tile grout. Curtains weren't fully attached to keep out light. The room and bathroom were clean enough to sleep and the location is fabulous for a sunrise view over Seneca Lake. (Priced high but it was the best alternative so we booked.)"

"Check in with slow due to system crashing several times before able to resolve problem. Upon check out, receipt could not be given because the system had shut down. Hotel does need some updating, but rooms were clean and everything worked as they should. Breakfast choices were quite satisfactory."
