"The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was surprised that an elevator was available to carry luggage to the 2nd floor. Although my party want described as handicapped, we are all senior citizens and found it rather inconvenient. However, I must admit they offered assistance with the bags. Also, the breakfast food was good but the space was the smallest I have ever seen and people were tripping over each other to get at food items."

"Absolutely horrible. Nothing worked. No hot water. The sink was so loose it came right out. The tvs didn’t work. There was a bug crawling. The towels had stains on them. The elevator got stuck, the one light didn’t work. The heat didn’t work. The staff was poorly dressed and looked like they just crawled out of bed and looked like they were on drugs and mumbled the whole time. It was a complete waste of money!!"
