And we forced to plan to book new accommodation, and it’s ruined our day on our family vacation ! I tried to take refound from hotels.com he’s not answering to management emails !!!! It is a bit of a difficult drive-in and out but well worth the effort. The rooms are clean well appointed. The only thing missing is shampoo in the rooms. They give you robes and slippers. I would be very happy to go back there if I ever came back to Sicily."
