"From the moment we arrived at Seven Park Hotel, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. "Check in was a challenge. The self service check in which I assume to be automated did not work. It was only through the help of onsite housekeeping staff that i was able to get help and check in. Room was great and stocked well."

"We stayed in the penthouse suite which i think must sleep 5 or 6 (it had 3 bedrooms). The hotel sits on the edge of Lake Maggiore and from the “balcony” of the suite the views were amazing. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We were there for the moon & stars festival and the hotel is right at the end of the food street but we weren’t disturbed at all when we went to sleep. Nice powerful shower, kitchen with full sized fridge. Only 1 improvement i would recommend, and that would be to put a blackout blind in each of the bedrooms because they were very bright in the morning! We would absolutely stay here again!"

"A beautiful property with spacious room and bathroom. All the staff are excellent. Had a nice stay. The lakefront is only 15 minutes walk downhill. The nearest bus stop is Vira Bellavista serviced by Bus no 330/352. The bust stop is a two minutes up hill climb from the hotel. Food is very good and views are outstanding."
