"What an amazing hotel experience! Can’t wait to return. Great rooms with amazing ocean views and the staff and location are just amazing. And an awesome breakfast as well! "
"From the moment we stepped foot on the Nia Boutique / Raponi Resort property the service was fantastic. It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel with an Olympic size pool (possibly the only pool in the area!), delicious daily complimentary breakfast & attentive staff. I recommend anyone visit!"
"Une nuit de pause avant de rejoindre Saranda. Très bonne surprise - la literie est parfaite, un restaurant est associé à l’hôtel !
Chambre confortable et propre. "
"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "
"we enjoyed our stay. the staff was very hospitable and the rooms were clean and cozy. Having an onsite taxi driver was a huge plus, very convenient. "
"Gorgeous, unique property nestled into a mountainside with beautiful views. Truly one of the most scenic places I've stayed.
Service was slow, but it was a busy evening. "
"The couple who’s running the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, and they have the cutest little dog. The mountain and sea view is breathtaking!
Quiet, perfect for resting to recover from another day of Albanian adventures."

"Great hotel, fantastic staff, they will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable…we knew this before hand but you will need a car or a driver, nothing is walkable.
The beach was amazing and gjipe beach is a must"
"The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience. "
"Cute little hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely splurge on the sea facing rooms, the balcony was the highlight of our stay. I believe it’s run by a husband/wife Albanian duo and staffed by a few of the kindest Pilipino women. Everyone was very helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and beach towels were provided daily.
A few things I would have liked to know before booking or upon check in:
Parking costs extra and is down the street. Not a problem but it was a bit hard to find. A map would have been useful.
The hotel provides passes for beach chairs and the beach down the street. A huge plus and something we loved but a map of how to find it would also have been useful.
It is a bit noisy, walls are thin and music from the bars goes on until about midnight, but wasn’t a huge problem for us.
The door handle of our room was broken the whole time, as was the toilet seat. Not a big problem, both worked well enough but I was surprised that neither were fixed.

"This hotel is spendid. Its very clean, staff is kind. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious.
However with the location, the street and area look very poor. The street badly needs a repavement.
If you enjoy spending all day at the beach, maybe hit the bar or restaurant later and sleep, this is the perfect place.
Overall id give it a 10/10"
"Very good choice of hotel in Qeparo. Lots of steps to go the beach but if you can manage, it has a direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The view is absolutely stunning and the breakfast was very good. There is parking available on-site for maybe 10-15 cars."
