The house is a beautiful old building in a large secluded garden, yet very close to the centre of Figeac and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, etc. There is ample free parking in the adjacent public car park. The host is welcoming and very helpful and provided a good Continental breakfast. Our room was large and well appointed, but for us the bed was rather too firm and the bolster and pillow arrangement not to our taste, although this is a traditional French feature so not unexpected. There was a hospitality tray in the room which was a nice addition.
