"Where to start… we had an unforgettable experience at Château Pimo. The service level of the owner Sybille is just out of this world. It is such a bespoke, unique, and charming experience. The design of the hotel is incredible, property is clean and inviting with a beautiful pool and backyard. "The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We upgraded to the canal view and paid for a private parking spot immediately in front of the hotel which I strongly suggest if you have a car. Mornings were spent enjoying coffee on the balcony and watching the boats go by. The hotel also uses l'occitane products which we loved as we are avid users. Port Grimaud is a lovely and safe gated community and I highly suggest visiting!"
