"I booked two rooms, each with two queen beds. Our rooms were on two entirely different floors. Check in was easy. The pool area was fine, but the floor tiles are extremely slippery when bare-footed. The lock on the fitness room was broken and just lying on the floor. The equipment there was fine, but there were no sanitizing wipes, cups for water, or tissues. The rooms themselves were fine. The stairwells were pretty dirty and looked like no one from the staff ever bothered to clean them. The breakfast was good and offered an excellent variety of food. It was constantly being replenished. When we returned from a baseball game on Saturday, all of our key cards had been erased. No one could access their rooms or outside doors. We had to go to the front desk to get our cards reset. There was no hot water beginning Friday night. There was no hot water all day Saturday. When I checked at 9:30 Saturday night, there was finally hot water. This was a pretty big issue because we were there for a baseball tournament. We were cold, wet from rain, and dirty from playing ball. We were unable to wash the chlorine off after swimming. I'm also wondering how the staff was able to prepare breakfast on Saturday without hot water. Amanda G was absolutely wonderful and so helpful! Another staff member, whose name I don't recall, was snippy about providing additional towels. I booked a room for 4 but only received 2 towels. Huh? I would not stay here again despite the great location. "

"Very reliable hotel for an overnight stay on a road trip. We've stayed twice. Great customer service. It's not a fancy hotel by any means, but it does what we need it to do. It's clean, safe & warm (or cold if you need it to be). Breakfast is very basic, but good enough to get back on the road. It's right by a Dunkin and gas stations, or a few minutes down the road to a Starbucks. We would stay again."

"Great room, tv was excellent, clean and relatively damage free. Only issue was a noisy refrigerator that made a loud knocking sound every couple of minutes."

"We could hear the guy snoring next to us and was loud. But we were able to sleep. We set an alarm for the breakfast which ended at 9:30am. I got there at 910am, the biscuits were hard as a rock and gravy was dried up. The only option was cereal, which I don’t eat usually. We ended up going out to eat for breakfast. Other than that - it was a good stay, dark room and great shower!"
