"Multiple miscommunication, no service. Hotel was empty and extremely was overpriced, they wanted to charge us extra for our friend who showed up to surprise us $140 euro after we paid $450 for our room, then after discussing with management they refunded us for that. Arrived to broken jacuzzi had to be fixed. The facility views are beautiful but not luxury for the price. No milk when asked. Most workers did not speak english. Alot of spider webs in our bathroom. "

"Yazz collective has a beautiful beach and a cool vibe! It’s set in a serene cove with clear calm water and is very relaxing. The staff at the beach and the restaurant were excellent! We did have to remind the room staff to replenish our water and toilet paper 2 times in four days. "We had an amazing experience at the Flamingo Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were absolutely top-notch – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere and attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent. The only small downside was the difficulty in finding parking – it wasn’t easy to find a convenient spot, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful. However, once we settled in, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, we highly recommend Flamingo Hotel & Spa and would definitely love to return. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time finding a parking space! "
