Wer befindet Sauberkeit ein kleines Auge zudrücken kann, findet hier ein kleines Paradies. Tollen, geräumige Villen, sehr bequeme Betten, schönes Lichtambiente in denn Räumen. Das Team ist sehr jung aber bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist toll, auch die kostenpflichtigen Speisen sehr gut. Die Pommes sind selbstgemacht, was mich sehr an meine Kindheit erinnert. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine entspannte Zeit. Sehr schön fand ich die musikalische Unterlegung durch den Tag. Zum Frühstück klassische Musik, einfach toll.

Eşim ve küçük bebeğimle birlikte 2 gece konaklama yaptık. Bungalov odamız geniş, ferah ve konforluydu. Özel havuzu olması güzeldi, yatak oldukça rahattı. Çarşaf ve havlular temizdi. Kahvaltı çeşit ve lezzet açısından güzel olsa da, açık alanda yoğun şekilde bulunan sinek ve böcekler nedeniyle rahat bir kahvaltı deneyimi yaşayamadık. Tesis doğanın içinde olduğu için belirli ölçüde böcek olması normal karşılanabilir ancak sinek ve böcek yoğunluğu oldukça rahatsız edici seviyedeydi. Çevre ve ağaçlık alanların daha düzenli ilaçlanması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Maalesef temizlik konusunda ciddi eksikler vardı. Oda zeminleri sadece süpürülmüş gibiydi, paspas yapılmamıştı. Küçük bebeğim yerde emeklediği için sürekli kıyafetlerini değiştirip temizlemek zorunda kaldım. Ahşap bungalov olması nedeniyle içeride toz ve ahşap döküntüleri vardı. Çarşaflar temiz görünse de, çarşafın altındaki yatak kısmında saç ve kılların bulunması hijyen açısından oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Banyo ve tuvalette hafif bir gider kokusu vardı. Ayrıca oda kapımızın hemen yanında park edilmiş büyük bir kepçe bulunması doğayla iç içe bir bungalov konseptine yakışmayan kötü bir görüntü oluşturuyordu. Özetle; oda konforu, özel havuz ve kahvaltısı güzel olsa da özellikle temizlik, bakım ve çevre düzeni konusunda ciddi iyileştirmeler yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Düzen ve oda çok iyi, personel de girişte çok yardımcı oldu. Havuzlu oda ayarlamıştık sadece havuzla ilgili bazı sorunlar yaşadık ve şikayetlerimizi bildirdik hemen aksiyon alındı ve fark iade edildi. Konuklamamız süresince başka bir sorun yaşamadık ve her konuda memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz.

Sitede ismi gizli cennet olarak görünüp normalde ismi farklı bir işletme, girişte bizi karşılayan sakallı çalışan yüzümüze bile bakmadan kaba davranan bir tip(kimlikleri alayım), kahvaltı ise leş gibi kirli tabaklarla servis ediliyor. 2.gun yani bugun kahvaltı bile yapmadan çıktık. Kahvaltı servisindeki personeller ilgili, guleryuzlu a yetmiyor. Oda temizliğine gelince de yastık nevresim kokuyordu 2 gece kaldık ama uyuyamadik bile. Temizliğe hijyene önem veriyorsaniz uzak durmanızı öneririm.
