7.2/10 Good! (1,000 reviews)

"The hotel itself has a lot of potential, and our room was nice, although it could benefit from some maintenance and a little TLC. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent on our stay. On arrival, there seemed to be insufficient staff ..."

"The staff were all great but the hotel itself needs an update. The bathroom towels had what appeared to be to be bark on them. The toilet seat was too small for the actual toilet. The restaurant food was poor quality though the staff were all very nice."

8/10 Very Good! (144 reviews)

"We had a booking to stay here for 3 nights, loved it so much we extended our stay to 5 nights. The cabin was perfect for what we wanted, and we were there towards the end of September, so it was quiet & peaceful. Great location. We saw lots of lovely birds in the mornings & even red squirrels."
