"We used this Hotel as a stop over for one night on our travels around Europe. We are British, they spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. Reserved us a table at the best restaurant on the lake which was some of the best food and wine ever tasted. The breakfast was great at the hotel so all together one of our best stops. "The hotel was set in a beautiful area, very picturesque. The hotel and rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and the facilities were good. Pool was a nice place to relax ( pool was cold but actually really nice once you got in). The food in the restaurant was delicious would definitely recommend. Some of the service wasn’t amazing (especially at the bar) however nothing drastic that would put us off returning. Thank you for a nice stay."

"The farm is located just outside of Perugia and well positioned if you want to visit different towns in the area such as Assisi. The hosts do not serve a breakfast but rather leave you items in the fridge and in a basket. On one occassion we received fresh eggs. We enjoyed our stay "
