"The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep ..."

Electricity went off twice whilst we were there abandoned a wash we had paid for that we were doing and the camp would not reimburse us. We could not cook due to no electricity left us hungry ..."
