"Había humedad en la habitación, no se podía respirar, las sábanas estaban húmedas, encima se cortó la luz, y tardaron más de 48 hs en reestablecer. El personal no nos brindó ninguna solución "

"Absolutely superb stay. The rooms, common spaces, pool, loungers, and restaurant were all top notch. The service rivaled some of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. It felt like every time I left the room, I came back to it having been made up or turned down. The concierge services were extremely helpful, and the food at the restaurant was amazing for all meals of the day including the complimentary breakfast which was delicious and served at generous times. I cannot say enough positive words. They even had a to-go bag for me when I departed early in the morning! The location itself is perfect, can walk to anything important in Buzios, yet it is quiet and has stunning views from every corner."

"Our experience at Pousada Peninsula de Buzios was outstanding. They helped us with a late check-in and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was spacious, fully renovated, with strong Wi-Fi and a very handy mini fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and well-balanced, the pão de queijo was absolutely amazing.
