Are arrival to Hamares was great. Everyone was very open and friendly. The property was beautiful and well cared for, and our room was beyond expectations. It was my wifeā€™s birthday and our anniversary, they prepared a cake for her with flowers on the bed. We felt very special!

A estrutura Ć© maravilhosa, esteticamente o hotel Ć© lindo, bem decorado e com uma vista surreal. MAS o atendimento pecou em alguns momentos considerando se tratar de um hotel boutique, teve um dos dias que demoramos 1:20h para conseguir comer no cafĆ© da manhĆ£, sĆ³ fomos atendidos pq abordamos o garƧom na copa, nesse dia inclusive perdemos um passeio agendado pois nĆ£o quisemos ir sem comer. AlĆ©m disso houveram outras falhas de serviƧo, como atraso pra ligar aquecedor da piscina interna do quarto, tivemos que ligar 2x, entre outros que fica difĆ­cil especificar aqui. A estrutura piscina e vista, incrĆ­veis, mas o atendimento de boutique que Ć© pra ser exclusivo e intimista, nĆ£o foi assim.. ta certo que tinha um grupo grande hospedado que gerava agitaĆ§Ć£o, mas o hotel quando Ć© boutique e 5 estrelas tem que saber conduzir para que isso nĆ£o estrague a experiĆŖncia dos outros hospedes.

Tivemos uma experiĆŖncia maravilhosa na pousada! O atendimento foi impecĆ”vel, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Os quartos sĆ£o confortĆ”veis, limpos e bem decorados, e o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© simplesmente delicioso. A cordialidade dos atendentes foi o que mais impressionou. A localizaĆ§Ć£o tambĆ©m Ć© excelente, perto de tudo e com uma vista linda. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!

SIMPLESMENTE IMPECƁVEL

NĆ£o poderĆ­amos ter ficado em um lugar melhor em Fernando de Noronha. Escolhemos a Hamares para passarmos dois dias com muito conforto apĆ³s uma semana agitada de passeios pela ilha. NĆ³s irĆ­amos nos casar no sĆ”bado, no Mirante do Morro Dois IrmĆ£os, mas a chuva fez essa possibilidade ir por Ć”gua abaixo (literalmente). O que a equipe da pousada fez para nos proporcionar a celebraĆ§Ć£o do nosso casamento foi muito alĆ©m do que podĆ­amos esperar. Gostaria de agradecer imensamente Ć  equipe da Hamares, na pessoa da Claudia, sua gerente, por terem tudo que estava no alcance deles (e muito alĆ©m) para esse momento meu e da minha esposa ser ainda mais inesquecĆ­vel. PodĆ­amos ver no olhar, na abordagem e na comunicaĆ§Ć£o do time do hotel que eles estavam igualmente felizes por estarem nos atendendo e ā€œfazendo acontecer conoscoā€. Se me perguntarem o que eu acho que Ć© o conceito de hospitalidade, eu responderia que Ć© o que a Hamares nos proporcionou. FicarĆ£o pra sempre na nossa histĆ³ria e, COM CERTEZA, voltaremos para la em breve.

Conforto e luxo na medida de Noronha.

Pousada excelente sobretudo serviƧo e instalaƧƵes. Piscina, spa e recepĆ§Ć£o de alto nĆ­vel. Poderia ser ainda melhor o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ que estĆ” longe de ser ruim, mas uma cozinha mais sofisticada lanƧaria a hamares entre as melhores pousadas do Brasil. ServiƧo, profissionalismo e cordialidade dos seus funcionĆ”rios (Felipe, Pedro, Thales, VinĆ­cius e, sobretudo, Surreal) enobrecem a Hamares. Certamente retornaremos em novembro com toda famĆ­liaā€¦

O hotel poderia ser melhor

O hotel tinha tudo para ser nota 10. Mas pecam com o serviƧo. Os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o muito atenciosos mas precisam de treinamento. Os pedidos do CafĆ© da manhĆ£ demoram muito, quando nĆ£o vem errado. AlĆ©m disso o buffet enche de mosca. Eles jĆ” sabendo disso muitas vezes demoram para por a cobertura de tela. Um certo dia estava tudo descoberto. NĆ£o tinha condiƧƵes... Depois, por falta de comunicaĆ§Ć£o nĆ£o limparam a piscininha do nosso quarto. Tive de reclamar. Prontamente limparam, mas ai jĆ” Ć© tarde...perdemos o dia de uso pois demora 24hrs para ter condiĆ§Ć£o de uso. A Ć”rea do spa precisa de manutenĆ§Ć£o. A hidro extremamente barulhenta. Tem uma tampa provisĆ³ria que nĆ£o abafa o barulho da bomba. Alias fui usar as saunas e estavam desligadas. A Ć”rea do solarium com estofados rasgados. Para um hotel desse porte e deste preƧo Ć© inaceitĆ”vel. A piscina e a vista sĆ£o um espetĆ”culo. Embora eu tenha encontrado a piscina suja pela manhĆ£. O quarto Ć© excelente, bem espaƧoso e confortĆ”vel. A vista deve ser a melhor de Noronha. Por isso digo, um pouco de atenĆ§Ć£o e era para ser o melhor hotel de Noronha.

This hotel takes only a few guests so is nice and quite. A good location close to town. When we stayed it was only 2 years old so everything still new. Amazing views from the pool but what made the real difference were the staff. Always friendly and helpful. Especially Pedro. He made my stay the best

Nossa estadia no Hamares foi excelente. Destaco atendimento de PatrĆ­cia, Vinicius e Gabriel. DecoraĆ§Ć£o muito agradĆ”vel, comida muito boa, cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć³timo, vista deslumbrante. Sugiro aos proprietĆ”rios oferecer mais sombra nos gazebos em volta da piscina.

Custo benefĆ­cio ruim

Foi uma experiĆŖncia abaixo da expectativa, peguei o quarto com vista para praia, mas o quarto nao tinha vista, a banheira do quarto nao era aquecida e mesmo estando muito calor nao conseguimos utilizar a noite, a jacuzzi do spa tambĆ©m permaneceu gelado todos os dias. Na sexta-feira as 17 horas interditaram a piscina para limpeza bem na hora do por do sol. O hotel Ć© otimo e o atendimento tambĆ©m, mas ficou muito longe de valer a pena pelo valor cobrado.

Num geral a experiĆŖncia foi excepcional. Atendimento diferenciado, conforto, comida. Quase tudo perfeito. Somente um dos 3 quartos que nĆ£o tinha janela nos fundos e por isso tinha um cheiro leve de abafado/mofado. Num geral recomendo a todos e se possĆ­vel escolher nao ficar nos quartos de 101 a 104
