"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

Es ist alles in der Nähe was man benötigt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Wechselstube bei Bedarf ecta.ist vor Ort. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, steht gerne bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Schade das der Weg zum Strand etwas weit ist, man benötigt min. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Swinemünde ist herrlich, wir würden wieder kommen. "

"It's very remote, only reachable by car, yet a parking fee of 6€ per day is collected. They are not prepared for people with allergies or intolerances. So be prepared to bring your own food. I woould suggest to the owners to provide some kind of shuttle service to train or bus station or downtown Ahlbeck. Also a water kettle to prepare tea was missing as well as an option to lock the door from inside."
