"Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites – Declining Standards This was our fourth stay, and the drop in maintenance and service was a deal breaker. While the location and suite size remain strong, cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. The pool was dirty (sand, bandages, hair), jets were broken, and overall hygiene was concerning. In our room, we had no hot water one day and no water at all the next—unacceptable at this price point. Additional issues included a missing wardrobe door, a rusty balcony door, and a faulty AC control. The hotel offered a small restaurant credit that didn’t even cover breakfast for our family, which felt inadequate given the disruption. We’ve enjoyed this property in the past, but this stay was a clear step down. The location is great, but maintenance and service need significant improvement."

I didn't catch the name of the Day shift Concierge, but In particular, I want to extend praise for his service and hospitality."

"Shower barely puts any water out . Refrigerator never got cold. Balcony door was broken. Staff were extremely nice overall the property is just letting people stay here and it’s ran down . You had a better chance of washing in the ocean than you did in the shower . Would not recommend . "
