"Excellent location, rooms comfortable, quiet and well presented. Continental breakfast buffet had lots of options but food was old, stale and overall disappointing. You also have to pay extra for any non instant coffee on top of the $37 charged to us for breakfast. Definitely skip the breakfast if you have to pay for it. Plus side is there are lots of places within walking distance with much better food. Overall it’s a good place."

"I booked as had stayed here many years ago and like the bistro across the road. Don’t think the place has been touched since I last stayed. Very much in need of a renovation. It was quite cold even in May as only one wall heater so I think it will be too cold in Winter. Needs heat pumps and a heater in the bathroom. Comfy large bed though. Had little to no conversation with the manager so can’t say anything positive or negative. I was a bit early but I had to wait 20 mins or so for them to get back from wherever they’d gone and the office was shut. The place was largely empty - maybe 2 or 3 other rooms being used. "
