"Despite booking this hotel in February you sent me an ‘ update your payment ‘ I had to do it by the 20th. I have an email from you confirming receipt of same on 19th. Having driven for 6 hours I was turned away. Please let me know you to complain to your ombudsman or do I need a solicitor? Obviously I will not be using them or you again . I need to be reimbursed with costs ( bank holiday weekend so.EVERYTHING booked out. Kind regards Mary"

"Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place. At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the night and only getting a few hours of sleep. Staff at breakfast were also not very friendly. Overall, a disappointing stay."

"It is clean but there was a big spider crawling on the bed frame. Asked the receptionist for help they came but they did’t caught it as one of them was more scared than the spider. You can clearly hear the sound of closing door of nearby rooms. So you can wake up with the loud banging noise."
