"Great location & staff were so helpful & pleasant. The breakfast buffet was amazing & bed was comfortable. So all in all it is a wonderful spot to stay.
We walked from the train station to the hotel with larger pieces of luggage (about 15-20 minutes) so that is do-able
Definitely would recommend & stay again if in the area (stayed for 3 nights)"

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. "We loved our stay at Hotel Miklic. After receiving a warm welcome we were shown to our room which had a fantastic view to the mountains. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town so ideally situated. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Fantastic place to stay. 50 metres from the station/bus stop. Room was beautiful. - absolutely faultless. Reception were fabulous. We were very early arriving and our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in. Reception also gave us some milk for tea and coffee. Thanks a mill good people! "
