"Tv in room didn't work not -a big deal,but our only option was to switch to a less valued room with no price adjustment because we booked 3rd party or check out for a full refund at 730pm. We decided to stay simce it was a 2 night trip. No elevator at all on the property. There's a "bar" but was never opened even at stated hours. The room was outdated, old carpet, and the more we stayed the dirtier we realized the room was. Breakfast was gross, biscuits and gravy were tasteless and the gravy was paste. Only positive was staff was doing theor best and were kind."

"The hotel is under renovation. Extra noise and smells throughout the hotel. Elevator was old and rickety, very small and a bit scary. Room was nice but did have unusual smell. bathroom clean but hairs in Bathtub area. Breakfast was nice. Bed was hard for my preference. Staff was kind and helpful at check in."

"First room we got the AC was broken and blowing hot air. It felt like a sauna. They switched us no problem. New Room was ok. Elevator was broken. Rooms were under construction and wide open leaving the dirty construction smell in the hallway. First glance rooms were clean but when you looked closer there was dust everywhere. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling over the shower was bubbled like it had a leak from the room above. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place."
