The customer service was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was awful, the hot tub was dirty and small and the room was very outdated and not the cleanest.

Stonebreaker Hotel

Best Western Windsor Suites
Staff was rude both on check in and at check out. It’s been awhile since I would say that about any hotel staff for 1 interaction much less 2. Also I don’t think the AC worked as it was set. Breakfast was at the bottom for what I have experienced.
