"Shower was almost unusable, literally trickling/dribbling out with no pressure even when the basin had good pressure and we spent ages adjusting it because it constantly changed temperature. On the last days we had to only use the hot tap and that was just warm. I did complain about that and the fact that we weren't getting replacement toilet rolls so we were down to just the one on the reel that we were worried would run out. I think our bed was made but the sheet wasn't replaced because there was a little blood mark on the sheet where she had a scratch on her leg the next day. I still had some stubble in the basin the next day. Used teacups were not replaced and there were no dish cleaning facilities for us to us. Curtain had no stop on it so came right off when pulled over. I am not a snob about these things, but all these things added up to make it feel ick. Skirting boards were really dusty (this would not have passed my rental inspection that lists this as an item) and there was crap on the shower grout, table bedside had stain on it"

"I had a really good stay here. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around, and the bathroom—especially the shower—had lots of space, which made it very comfortable. Overall, great value for the price. Breakfast was decent, but the bacon and poached eggs could have been a bit warmer. Aside from that small point, everything else was enjoyable. Would happily stay again."

"Updated to a king supreme room, which was on 14th floor with great views of city. Very large room and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed, everything clean and neat. Bar service very good. Did not have breakfast. Parking next door was a bonus."

"The worst thing was the mattress on the bed. It was so unsupportive I felt my body went into av shape when laying on the bed. The pillow was like a pancake too, so not a great sleep, which kind of defeats the object of the room. The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom had one towel hook so if there is more than one person travelling, it's not great for hanging up the towel. The hotel was in a convenient location."
