"The check-in process was incredibly easy and seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organised, and the parking instructions were clear and straightforward, making our arrival completely stress-free. We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. It's a simple, no-frills place with basic amenities, but it delivered exactly what we expected. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day, and the overall experience was great value for money. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay without the extras, this is a solid choice."

"A great hotel situated on the Esplanade in Dover. The staff were extremely helpful and took time to help - even though it was an exceptionally busy time with a festival at the waterfront and a huge turnover over residents leaving in a cruise. The room was very comfortable. Great breakfast buffet ( was not included but well worth the cost). The lift system , while operational, could do with an upgrade."

"Our stay was very nice and the hotel was very good, abit pricey for the one night stay, I guess this is because of the central location, very close to everything in the heart of Canterbury, our only complaint really was the air conditioning was not very good and didn’t cool us down very well, would advise guests to get seated for breakfast early as we made the mistake of having this at 9am and the breakfast area was packed. Overall a really good stay and would go back again."

"The place was clean fresh & very well maintained with the staff being more than helpful, The rooms were very good with nice little touches like led lighting & everything you would need in an overnight stay room, in reception they even had a free ice machine that is an absolute must in this weather & for drinks back at the room. Within the price is a full buffet breakfast as well with more than enough variety. I was very impressed with our stay & would definitely come back again."
