"We had a lovely 2 nights stay in this hotel. We attended the evening rosary and candlelight’s processions and it’s just walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is ok which is included in our stay. Food in the restaurant is quite pricey.I’m glad my request was granted our room balcony is overlooking the Sanctuary. The only thing I was not happy about was that when they give us the key to go to our room at around 5pm on our check in day our room was not clean yet. I was totally shocked when I entered the room it looks a mess. But the hotel lady apologised with sincerity. The staff of the hotel are all friendly & accommodating.I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Fatima. "

"Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. "
