"A really nice rural accommodation, but we didn’t get offered sheets and pillow covers. Not sure if this was a mistake or the norm, but it was the same for both units that we rented. The apartment was really clean, and looked to have everything you might need for a longer stay. This property is linked to a holiday park, which is a 10 minute walk away. "Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. "
