"13 days here and what a great place. Spotless, well maintained and so close to everything we love on Isla Mujeres! Within metres of Playa Norte. The staff take great pride in maintaining this property and taking care of their guests. Alex, the manager, greeted us on arrival and escorted us to our suite. Room is spacious and included full fridge,, small cooktop and microwave along with basic dishes and utensils. The suite is modern and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning keeps things liveable. Loved that linens and towels are monogrammed and the shower is modern, with great pressure. There is a hairdryer and body wash/shampoo provided. Our only, very minor concern was non-guests wandering through the property and even using the pool! Hard for staff to monitor. We got an excellent off-season rate this time and expect high season is considerably more, but definitely worth it! We’re already looking forward to returning here!"

"The location was good. 6 minute walk to virtually everything. We had an oceanview suite which was very nice. The only issue was that the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor. The hotel description indicated that there was coffee in room but it was small and no cream or sugar."
