The previous guest had left clothing and food behind along with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The furniture and decor were trashed and filthy. Not to mention the pot smokers in the building stinking up the place but also affecting my COPD! 4th floor is a little quieter but still the guests get outside at night and argue along with key fobs constantly...
