"Room had no windows. Staff never had towels available at the front desk. Twice, upon arrival and a day or two later, the only entrance to the building was locked without anyone at the front desk to let me in. This is a dangerous part of town and to not have anyone available to let my family and I into the building safely is of utmost importance. Especially because the are is ran down. I walked through hallways in complete darkness because often the motion detector did not activate"
