Heritage City Motor Inn
8/10 Good
"Room was very clean with just a few paint and grout marks and coffee grain spills left on the floor. Spacious, comfortable, good heating, private, well set up for self catering. Oven, full fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster plus pans and utensils. Tv and a number of seating options as well as table and chairs to sit and eat at. No outside seating. Great location. Close to Argent street and driving distance to supermarkets. Parking in the parking area in the laneway. Not secure though. Outside lights and touch pad access."

Desert Sand Motor Inn
8/10 Good
"Clean room and bathroom facilities. Aircon was great and bed was very comfortable."

Comfort Inn Crystal
8/10 Good
"Excellent only complaint was there were no power points in room."

Hilltop Motel
8/10 Good
"Nice and neat room to stay in, overall fairly tidy and the thick walls made for some nice peace and quiet. Staff would come to do housekeeping (e.g. making the bed) but it would've been nice if they could've replaced our towels as we had nowhere to dry them sufficiently. The bathroom was on the small side and had no fan to get rid of the condensation, so we had to open a window that lead to a random hallway behind all the rooms which did not have a privacy screen on it so not the most comfortable thing when showering. We did notice that someone previously had broken the freezer seperator so our fridge and freezer were essentially one, and that there was a melted icecream left in the back of the freezer from a previous guest which concerned me as to the level of cleaning that took place after each guest. Enough parking for each guest and the beds were super comfortable and warm, which was great after a long day of exploring. Tried to give the key into reception on the day we left however reception was not opened as advertised and there were instructions to leave the key in the room before departing, but I was concerned that staff would not know if we had checked out prior to the checkout time or not."

Red Earth Motel
10/10 Excellent
"Super clean and spacious accommodation. Very comfortable bed, excellent modern bathroom. Helpful and easy going staff. Fridge with freezer and the microwave oven came in very handy. A great base from which to explore the town."

Broken Hill Tourist Park
8/10 Good
"We stayed in a Queen Ensuite Cabin, situated towards rear of the park away from traffic noise. The cabins are basic; minimally furnished and equiped, but comfortable, clean and a reasonable price. Have stayed in before and would stay again based on price and convenience."

Broken Hill Outback Resort

"Love looking out at the rich red outback soil from unit. Nice unit."

ibis Styles Broken Hill

The Astra Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A beautiful hotel with a well appointed room. Comfortable beds, nice spa. With only 8 rooms, the hotel felt cosy with all extras in the rooms to make the stay comfortable. We used the verandah to have our breakfast and look out upon the town waking up. That verandah was pretty dirty with some old furniture stored, but there was a table for us to use and we enjoyed that option. Actually with no table inside the room for having breakfast, it was our only option. We loved the atmosphere of the yummy restaurant, the bar and the live music. Well worth a visit."
