"The property was fine - but my citeria of selection relies greatly on the fact that you had PARKING available ( ok even to pay something extra) we had to park the car at the nearest available blue/stripe public parking area which was 800 meters away - it did create an inconvenience - ultimately, i got the impression that there might not be a proper communication with the hotel manangement as you should immediately warn the customer about the 'first come -first serve' situation due to limited...

"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7).
The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"
