"Room was clean, staff was nice and greeted you. Breakfast was typical for this type of property. Coffee was up all day. Only issue we had was the the blinds did not work in the room, so we had an early wake up, whether we liked it or not."

"**NEGATIVE STARS** They did not tell me when I booked that they will not allow my child who is under 21 to check in - I would expect a business to be honest - if you are not allowing someone who is under 21, then do the check when you make the reservation, not when someone arrives at the hotel. They charged me the money for the room, then refused entry, and finally proceeded to tell me that it was non refundable. This experience truly was horrible. I want to give the experience NEGATIVE FIVE STARS."

"Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland near more shopping and restaurants."
